Welcome

Welcome to Clearwater Villa, a 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bathroom villa situated on the South Finger of Jolly Harbour Marina. Positioned on the water the Villa is perfectly set up for four guests and is a very easy two minute walk to the Jolly Beach.

Clearwater Villa has recently be totally renovated and has brand new air conditioning and appliances, it is a very special place to be.

The master

The master bedroom offers a stunning view that looks out over the picturesque Jolly Harbour Marina, providing a serene spot to sit and enjoy your morning coffee while soaking in the beautiful sunrise. This well-appointed bedroom boasts a spacious Super King bed for ultimate comfort, along with an abundance of hanging space for all your clothes and personal belongings. Additionally, it features a lovely en-suite bathroom complete with a refreshing shower, making your stay both convenient and enjoyable.

TThe guest room features a spacious, large comfy bed that promises a restful night’s sleep. It also includes a beautiful ensuite shower room for added convenience, along with its own private balcony where you can enjoy the fresh air. Additionally, the room is equipped with a generous wardrobe for all your belongings, air conditioning to keep you cool, and a ceiling fan for extra comfort. Bedside tables complete with charming lamps enhance the overall ambiance of this inviting space.

The terrace is perfect for day time sun bathing or sunset dinner and drinks. The full width sliding doors open onto the outside area.

There is a table that sits six and two comfy sun loungers on the water front terrace. Two remote operated fans to keep you cool.
